Stevens Complex is designed to support complete athlete development — from skill work to strength training to recovery — all under one roof.

PRFM is owned and operated by Paul Fry and serves as the performance and pitching development arm inside Stevens Complex. PRFM focuses on building durable, explosive athletes through structured strength programming, throwing development, mobility training, and workload management.
With a performance facility currently expanding, PRFM integrates weight training, movement efficiency, and arm care into every athlete’s long-term plan — bridging the gap between skill instruction and physical preparation.

Stevens Complex also houses a dedicated location of Michigan Velocity Physical Therapy (MVPT), providing athletes direct access to professional sports rehabilitation and performance therapy.
MVPT specializes in baseball and softball athletes, offering injury evaluation, return-to-throw programs, movement assessments, and preventative care. Having physical therapy on-site allows athletes to transition seamlessly from rehab to performance to skill work — creating a fully integrated development environment.
